Corporate Regional Business Awards at Hilton Bonnet Creek
From concept to completion, we have been fortunate enough to work with Bright House Networks for their regional awards gala for the past five events. Each year, we strive to bring a new and fresh design to their invited guests, clients, and employees. The focus words for this event were “bright and modern,” to complement the look and feel of the incredible space at the Hilton Bonnet Creek in Orlando, Florida. For these types of events, it’s important to us to make sure that our designs enhance the venue’s natural styling and don’t go against the colors and styling that are already in place.
As the event decor company, we were responsible for the focal bar, the exclusive VIP area, and the awards reception.
Focal Bar with Crystal Accents Circle Cut-Work Panels
Guests were invited to mingle and revel in their victories around our massive focal bar. This illuminated acrylic bar was formed by bringing together twelve bars and shaping them into this eye-catching structure. We used over-sized trussing to frame the bar and added depth and dimension to this focal area by suspending modern, custom client logo panels and crystal curtains along the exterior of the bar. You can see how we have also added a modern circular cut-work panel to help center and ground the bar, which is especially important in a large focal structure.
Modern Elegance Metallic VIP Lounge
VIPs were invited to celebrate in their own exclusive lounge, another area we were excited to tackle. To continue our goal to complement the already beautiful space at the Hilton Bonnet Creek and to create a “modern metallic” theme, we opted to make this VIP lounge super modern with a classical appeal. When the VIP guests walked through our silver and gold-draped entry way, they knew they were in for a treat. We decorated the lounge with white lounge furniture, customized with the client logo in silver, accented by glittery champagne tables and textured pillows. Simple silver cubes with metallic succulents completed the look.

Modern Elegance Metallic VIP Lounge
In the awards reception ballroom, we transformed the space by bringing guests in through a sparkly tunnel of drape, leading them straight into a high-impact, soft-light ballroom. We balanced out the deep blue with white chivari chairs and tables with centerpieces that featured vibrant yellow arrangements nestled in modern white vases.
