Fusion Inspiration: Indian and Latin-Themed Color Scheme

Arun and Iva’s wedding took place at the Doubletree Hotel on International Drive in Orlando, Florida. We had complete discretion when it came to designing, as long as we made sure to keep true to an Indian and Latin-inspired color scheme. We transformed the Doubletree Ballroom with floor-to-ceiling pipe and drape.

We used alternating linen colors on the estate and family tables, bringing in bright plum and light-capturing paprika colors. A complete lighting design package composed artful color changes that lent the room an ethereal feel.

Thousands of flowers, including roses, lilies, orchids and irises, adorned centerpieces on the estate tables, while the round tables held manzanita trees draped in crystals and floral.

The wedding cake was also designed around a beautiful manzanita tree showcased in its center. For additional color and a focal point, the dance floor was also custom-wrapped  to display the couple’s monogram, again utilizing the paprika coloring for the background and the monogram lettering in plum.
